PT colorimetric test
1.如何运作:
A penetrant containing a colorant (usually red) is applied to the surface of the workpiece, and the penetrant will penetrate into the open defects on the surface. The excess penetrant on the surface is then removed, and a developer (usually white) is applied. The developer absorbs the penetrant in the defect, forming a clear red defect display against a white background, thereby determining the location, shape, and size of the defect.
2. Vorteil:
